Bella Caribe Shipping Policy:

Currently, we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States. To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Bella Caribe, LLC does not ship orders to post office boxes. You must have a physical shipping address. Bella Caribe, LLC can accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.

International Shipping:

Please contact info@bellacaribe.com to qualify for international shipping.

Bella Caribe’s Return Policy:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Rings: 

If you're thinking about purchasing a ring, it's advisable to ensure it is initially sized accurately. Visit a nearby jeweler for resizing to enhance comfort and achieve the optimal fit.

 Rings may not be returned after resizing.

All returns must be:

Unworn

Have no signs of wear or damage

In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)

In all original packaging (box and pouch included)

To start a return, you can contact us at info@bellacaribe.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We want you to be pleased with your item, so please report any issues as soon as possible once the item is delivered.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Rings may not be returned after resizing.

We cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges and repairs

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

If you would like a repair done on your item, please reach out to info@belacaribe.com with your order and/or a photo of your item, we can prepare an estimate but that is subject to change once the damaged item is received.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
